My name is Valerie Costello.

This is me and my little dog Lucy!

 

I am originally from Eagle River, Alaska.  I moved to Texas 3 years ago, but have lived the past year in Anchorage, Alaska in order to complete an internship at the Alaska Spine Institute.  I am a senior at the University of Houston and am obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and a minor in Community Nutrition.  I am currently enrolled in ITEC 1301 taught by Ms. Fofanova.  My family is the most important thing to me.  Here is a picture of my younger brother and sister with me.

I also really love to spend time with my friends.  Most of them I have known since kindergarten.  My two best friends I have known since I was 5 years old and they moved to Texas at the same time I did.  Here is a picture of the two of them with me and my sister.

I love to spend time baking with them, going out to the movies and dinner, going to Starbucks and shopping!

Another very important individual in my life is my dog Lucy.  Here is a picture of her during her first trip to Alaska.

 

I got her as soon as I moved to Texas and she is about to turn 3 years old.  She is the love of my life!
